These Terms of Service govern your use of the DM.Cell Nepal website, clinic treatments, and products. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to the terms described below.

By using this website, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Our Services

DM.Cell Nepal provides clinical Korean skincare facial treatments and authentic cosmeceutical products. All treatments are performed by trained aesthetic professionals following a personalized consultation:

• A skin diagnosis consultation is recommended before specific intensive therapies are administered.
• Results vary by individual skin type, barrier integrity, and homecare compliance.
• Some treatments require following a post-procedure skincare routine for optimal recovery.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online or by calling 01-4526720 / 9851162671.
• Rescheduling or cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• All treatment and product prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).

4. Product Purchases

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition with intact seals. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, imagery, and product descriptions — is the property of DM.Cell Nepal / DM.Cell Korea and protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
